Independent Cycle East (I.C.E.) is a federal licensed motorcycle manufacturer. We manufacture motorcycles specializing in low-riding frames nationwide. I.C.E. specializes in two types: the swing arm "Lowlife" soft tail, and the rigid frame "Hardlife" hard tail.

You will find that in most of our choppers we install "Legend Air Ride" suspension to obtain a 30 percent better ride. We can install in most makes and models of Harley-Davidsons and custom choppers.

We can build any motorcycle to any specifications. Custom manufacturing is what I.C.E. is all about!
